How does the referral program work?
Sign up once on our Refer & Earn page for a referral code. Send it to any company stuck on a hard search — when they hire through any Arogom vertical, you earn 15% of our placement fee and they get 5% off theirs.
Can one referral code be used across every vertical?
Yes. Sign up once and your code works no matter which Arogom vertical the company you refer ends up hiring through.
